Kentec KSU-BASE-67-SCI UL 6” Short Circuit Isolator Base, 7th Edition

KSU-BASE-47-SCI and KSU-BASE-67-SCI are analogue sensor bases with built-in short circuit isolators for installation of K-System UL smoke and heat sensors.

Built-in SCI reduces the effect of a short circuit fault on the SLC. A built-in status LED indicates when the SCI is activated. When activated, SCI’s will isolate the part of the circuit where the short circuit exists while maintaining functionality of the remaining SLC devices.
