Vimpex FC3/A/R/R/D Fire-Cryer Wall Mounted Red Beacon (Deep Base) IP66
The Fire-Cryer Solo requires no special wiring and can be retrofitted to existing installations. They are fully synchronised and have an exceptionally low current consumption. The units can be use as a replacement for electronic sounders or bells to broadcast a clear message "Fire emergency. Please remain calm and evacuate the building immediately”. The strobe is not intended to be the primary source of alarm and a such has not been assessed for compliance to EN 54-23.
The Fire-Cryer is a combined voice sounder and flashing beacon unit ideal for use on fire safety system. This device is designed to emit an audible voice message on activation of the fire alarm system.
In addition to the voice message this device also activates the integral flashing beacon to give a visual alarm signal, this is ideal in helping to comply with DDA regulations.
The Fire-Cryer comes supplied with a deep base and features a red body with a red lens. The deep base gives the unit an impressive ingress protection rating of IP66. This means that the unit is suitable for use in external locations or areas with a high level of moisture present in the environment.
