The Identi-Leak uses similar system infrastructure to fire alarm systems continuously monitors for Escape of Water, giving building and facilities managers early indication of potentially devastating water leak events. Thanks to battery back up, Identi-Leak systems work 24 hours a day, protecting buildings from damage, even during power outage.

Identi-Leak systems are designed to suit a wide range of applications. From compact setups in residential properties to complex installations in hospitals, data centres, and telecoms sites, the system is fully scalable and easy to install.

Detection is available via probes for pinpoint accuracy or a detection cable for wider coverage. Both can be installed within the same zone, making it ideal for environments like raised floors, ceiling voids, drip trays, plant rooms and more.

Identi-Leak can be seamlessly integrated into Building Management Systems (BMS) and linked to solenoid valves for automatic shutoff in the event of a leak.
