The AP-3-R-X Alert Point is a standalone fire alarm warning system.  This unit is designed to be manually operated by the occupants of the building.  Once operated the unit will emit a warning siren tone to indicate to other inhabitants of the building that the alarm has been raised.  This unit also has an integral red flashing beacon which activates when the call point element has been pushed.

Battery powered which means that it does not require an external power source.
