Linear heat detection cable's (LHDC) are designed to provide an early warning detection of fire and overheating in applications where point detectors would not be viable due to inability to sustain the environment or through the costing element.

The cable is available to purchase in two different types; digital and analogue. Digital cable operates at fixed temperatures and is non-resettable. Analogue cable can have an adjustable alarm set point and once triggered can be recoverable and reset.
