Automatic heat detector with a single thermistor to sense the air temperature around the detector. The fast semiconductor sensor for the reliable recognition of fires with a single thermistor to sense the air temperature around the detector.

The fast semiconductor quick rate of temperature rise as well as integrated fixed temperature heat function for the recognition of fires with slow temperature rise. Ideal for sensing in environments that are dirty or smoky under normal conditions, as well it is unaffected by wind or atmospheric pressure. Intelligent fire detector with decentralized intelligence, automatic function self-test, emergency mode, storage of alarm and operating data, alarm display.

Soft addressing and separate operational display is only possible when operating an esserbus / esserbus-PLus IQ8Quad detector without loop isolator, especially for usage in explosion zones. Operation with individual addressing at Ex barrier Part No. 804744 and as standard detector at Ex barrier Part No. 764744.
