Morley 2020BSD Conventional Standard Base with Schottky Diode

The 2020BSD is a conventional detector base with fitted shottky diode for the Vision range of conventional detectors. A variety of detector bases can be used with the Vision detector, offering application flexibility and compatibility with a wide range of Fire Alarm Control Panels. All bases are fitted with a shorting spring to permit circuit testing prior to fitting the detector and have a tamper resistant feature, which when activated prevents removal of the detector without the use of a tool.

There are 2 bases from the conventional fire alarm equipment range:

• 2020B Standard Base – adds 9.5mm to detector height
• 2020BSD Standard Base with Schottky diode

The base is compatible with the following:

• 2020PT – Multi-Function Detector
• 2020P – Optical Smoke Detector
• 2020R – Rate of Rise Heat Detector
• 2020F – 58 Celsius Fixed Temperature Heat Detector
• 2020HF – 70 Celsius Fixed Temperature Heat Detector
