Crowcon HMI is a touchscreen controller display mimic that provides remote visibility from one point, with additional channel reading data and functionality over standard controller panel which improves efficiency and safety for operators in potentially hazardous environments. Provides identification if an action is required, showing the origination of an alert across multiple panels. Can be configured with Crowcon Vortex & Gasmaster controllers, in single or multiple setups, for all new installations and is retrofitted to existing installations.

Users see possible trends within the alerts e.g. an alarm in a specific location is triggered on a regular basis – due to the one-hour trend ‘visibility by gas’ function. Aids routine maintenance activities as the user can view multiple controllers from one screen. Crowcon has developed an HMI solution that creates complete system visibility. The solution can run alongside existing DCS/SCADA/PLC systems or mimic panels which are used to monitor wider system views, often incorporating other sensors including security, flow, smoke and fire.
