Sigma ZXT UL provides controls and indications for a single area extinguishing release system. Three Initiating Device Circuits (IDC) provide the alarm stimulus required to activate the release of extinguishant. Any single IDC or a combination of multiple IDCs can be configured to contribute to the release of the extinguishant.

Single or Dual Extinguishing Outputs

Sigma ZXT UL is provided as default with one extinguishing output but has the option to reconfigure NAC2 to become a second extinguishing output. Dual extinguishing outputs can either be configured as common outputs or as Main and Reserve outputs. Main and Reserve systems allow the user to be able to restore their system to an operational state quickly following an activation of the main cylinder system by switching to the reserve cylinder system

Configurable NAC Outputs

3 fully configurable Notification Appliance Circuits are provided, these can be configured to operate at any stage of the extinguishing release process with selectable tone patterns – Steady, March, Temporal. The NAC output also provides support for synchronization of strobe devices manufactured by Gentex, Wheelock, Amseco and System Sensor.

Event Log

All events which occur on the Sigma ZXT UL control panel are recorded in the panel event log, providing a historical record of up to 1000 events. The event log can be downloaded as a *.csv file using the LE2 software providing a record off events, testing etc.

Programmable Relay Outputs

6 programmable relay outputs are provided within the Sigma ZXT UL which can be used for signaling system status to other monitoring systems or can be used to control third party equipment such as extract fans. Each relay has default action setting – Trouble, Fire, Released, Mode, Supervisory and Abort. The relays can be configured for 10 other actions such as Extract, Evacuate, General Disablement etc.
