The new UPS12-4400 is a compact ‘in-line’ 5-12V dc UPS system that provides back-up power in the event of an input power failure.

Utilising Li-Po battery technology they can be used to back-up devices between 5V and 12V dc, providing up to 12W of power, such as CCTV cameras or single door locks.

The device has an auto-sense (5V, 7.5V, 9V or 12V) input and provides a matching battery backed output; i.e. 12V dc input, 12V dc battery backed output.

As well as providing back-up power it also offers over voltage, overload/short circuit and surge protection to the device.
