Vox Ignis ViAC-RTK “Assist Call” Remote Kit

The “Assist Call” system is designed to provide a fully compliant and scalable solution to building owners with many unique benefits, including clear indication, acoustic and visual feedback and high quality stainless steel finishes to blend into all locations. Where the toilet is in a remote non staffed area, an acknowledge function is required from a permanently staffed area to reassure the caller help is on the way.

The “Assist Call” Remote Kit comprises of 1x ViAC-1ZC (1 zone controller PSU with accept), 1x VILX-ODP (over-door plate), 1x ViLX-CNP (cancel plate), 1x  ViLX-CPP (pull cord), alarm fitted sticker, and operating instructions sticker.

Brushed stainless steel plates with Blue halo indication. 2-core cable is required. Plates can be wired in any order.

Fully compliant with BS8300 for remote toilets. Controller placed in the staffed area provides the acknowledge function.
