Crowcon Display Module (New) - S01913/5

A standalone unit for surface mounting on walls, the display panel shows the fault and alarm levels for all the channels, but the LEDs only light when a hazard or fault is detected.

This means the whole system can be checked at a glance. Setting adjustments can be made at the enclosure without the need for additional equipment.

Please Note: The Power LED (LED49) on the Vortex displays (Vortex and Vortex Flameproof) has been changed from the Red/Green device currently in use to a Yellow/Green to provide better colour clarity. The Node Controller module embedded software has been upgraded (to V2.07) to only power the yellow colour when there is a power fault (no battery connected). This will reduce the variance between colours when the viewing angle changes. 

Compatibility:

The new Node Controller software is not compatible with display modules fitted with the original Green/Yellow LED: these display PCBs can be identified by the silk-screen and will be labelled with a part number as shown in the table below.

If a Node Controller or Display Module is replaced on a system and the Vortex Display appears to not power-on, this may suggest a mismatch between the type of Display and the Node Controller. The Node Controller must be replaced to operate with a new display PCB.
