The ViAC-CCP-SS Assist Call, call plate is fully compatible with the Lexicomm EVC range of equipment and the standalone Assist Call range.

The call/cancel button provides a dual purpose call and cancel button in a single plate. It is used to activate the alarm in applications where a pull cord is unsuitable (Building Control should be consulted first as only pull cords are recommended in Building Regulations).

The call/cancel button should be mounted at between 800mm to 1000mm with a lower call button mounted at 100mm from the floor. The call/cancel button is finished in brushed stainless steel with a blue indicator for the visual alarm.

For simplicity, all wiring is a standard two core cable, the wiring order of the plates is not fixed and therefore can be wired in any order to give flexibility in the installation routes.

Each plate has two sets of two-part terminals allowing simple cable connections. There is a maximum of 2 x call/cancel plates on a single dedicated circuit wired directly back to a Lexicomm EVC panel or Assist Call controller.
