C-Tec BF456A/CX/W Addressable Base VAD Sounder (C-3-8)

The BF456A/CX/W C-3-8 Addressable Base VAD Sounder is compatible with C-TEC's XFP/ZFP XP95/Discovery Addressable Fire Panels. It’s designed to be ceiling mounted - either stand-alone with a red or white cap or as part of a stacked Sounder/VAD/Detector Base combination.

• Third-party certified to EN54-3 (Sounders), EN54-23 (VADs) and 17 (Isolators) by the LPCB
• Provides 'C-3-8' light distribution (min 0.4 lux over a 3 x 8m cylindrical area)
• Supplied with a BF431QCP quick connect plate and detector spur wires
• Impressive 96dB(A) sound output @ 1m
• Onboard short-circuit loop isolator
• 550µA quiescent current
• 14mA alarm current @24V DC (VAD lit, sounder on max)
• Group addressing facility allows multiple devices to be operated simultaneously
• 7 selectable volume levels and up to 15 selectable tone pairs
