The 1-21888-K074 is a flush capillary sampling point. It is supplied complete with a 27mm diameter t-union, to which the flexible sample pipe connects. The flexible sampling pipe has a diameter of 10mm and is 1m long. At the end of the flexible sampling pipe, the sampling point is connected which can be mounted to a false ceiling for example. This provides a aesthetically pleasing end result due to the flush nature of the sampling point.

Aspirating smoke detection system is the network of sampling pipes that actively transport air from a protected area to the detector. ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is a homogenous material with good chemical resistance and high impact strength. Other beneficial features are its suitability for use at low temperatures (-40ºC) and its ease of jointing.
