Automatic Opening Vent (AOV) control systems are designed to control the ventilation of smoke in areas in the event of a fire. When a detector or call point is triggered an AOV control system will open actuators, windows or vents to create ventilation. This helps to clear smoke for people leaving the area by venting smoke out of possible high-risk areas.

The AOV range has been developed to provide both a comprehensive and flexible solution to all smoke vent control scenarios. Developed using the same detection circuit technology as EN54 approved fire control panels and all vent and indicators are on the front of the panel. Available with 3, 5 or 10 amp integral PSU for small, medium and larger loads. The high spec models include all the available inputs and outputs in a single off the shelf unit and no additional modules or cards are required.
