I would just like to point out how helpful Lauren has been. We have an issue where our office is next to a railway crossing and currently the crossing is closed for roadworks. This is causing an issue with deliveries. Lauren called me to discuss and has arranged for our delivery to be redirected. Customer service is very important and clearly displayed by Acorn and the whole team. We have used Acorn several times since setting up our account and nothing but praise.

The GEN2-Q is a Q Display Queuing & Display Module (Incident Reporting).

GEN2 is a software solution that controls and monitors an entire messaging and alarm monitoring operation. It’s the hub of all communication, sending and receiving messages or alerts from all departments, equipment and staff members.

Only the most efficient hotels run on Gen2, a software solution that controls and monitors an entire messaging and alarm monitoring operation. Gen2 is high performing, multi-lingual, user-friendly and Windows-based with the ability to facilitate an unlimited amount of client users. It is the hub of all communication, sending and receiving messages or alerts from all departments, equipment and staff members. 

Pre-set or formulate messages using the QWERTY keyboard and communicate critical events and data to any end point. Gen2 can send recurring messages and prompts such as maintenance reminders as well as one-time instant messages.
