The new and innovative LED emergency down lighter uses one high illumination white LED with a lens.
This high output light source together with its 1W power requirement means that we can use a smaller battery pack, as there is lower consumption with greater efficiency. From this new technology we have been able to reduce the size of the overall unit to provide you with a compact and robust, IP43 rated, emergency luminaire for interior and exterior sheltered locations. With the added benefit of being able to be recessed or surface mounted this is an attractive alternative to a standard bulkhead. These self test units are available in non-maintained, switchable maintained and central battery versions. They continuously test the battery voltage and the operation of the LED every 15 days and every 6 months the autonomous duration of the
battery.

The intelligent luminaires are suitable for modern buildings where high performance luminaries with a minimum maintenance cost are required. A very sophisticated high technology microprocessor monitors and measures all basic operation circuitry essential for the good operation of the luminaires.
These luminaires also conduct a battery quality test when they are installed for the first time. Automatically and without any interventions, three tests are carried out. A continuous battery test, a lamp test twice a month and a half-yearly full duration test. They have a LED indicator to show the luminaires operational status.
